A case was raised against the citizen of Netherlands who “shared” his documents with citizen of Guinea

The head of Lutsk Border Detachment raised a criminal case according to the Article 332 of Crime Code of Ukraine “Organization of illegal transportation of persons through the state border of Ukraine” as to the citizen of Netherlands who was apprehended the day before in the airport “Boryspil”. The dark skinned Dutchman attempted to be registered for the flight “Kyiv-Vienna” with national passport explaining that he had lost his foreign one. The man did not know that some hours before his “lost” document was found by the border guards in the check point “Yagodyn”, Volyn region. A very similar to Dutchman citizen of Guinea was trying to get to Poland by train “Kyiv-Warsaw” with this document. After the border guards manifested that presented by him passport belongs to another person, so 27-year-old African confessed in his intentions to get to France. His friend agreed to help him in organization of illegal trip for $3000.

Now illegal migrant and a citizen of Netherlands who is suspected in participation to organization of illegal trip are in the subdivisions of State Border Service. The last one is threatened with criminal responsibility in the form of imprisonment for the term of 2 to 5 years.
