The staff of SBGS documented the fact of bribe offering in the amount of 50 euro by the citizen of Israel.
The foreigner offered the bribe to the border guard of Lviv Detachment in the check point “Ustylug” for unobstructed and simplified admission to Ukraine.
Notification on this case is forwarded as to revealing the signs of the criminal offence as to the Particle 369 of the Crime Code of Ukraine.
It is worth mentioning that since the beginning of the year the staff of SBGS 655 times rejected to accept the bribe, for which they were encouraged by the Border department.
