The officers of BS « Dergachi » in Kharkiv region detained a citizen from western African country Côte d’Ivoire. The man was walking from Russian settlement to Ukrainian one avoiding the check point. Detection of the violator happened with the help of thermal imager in the distance of 600 m from the border line. There was a note in the visa of 22-year-old African about the term of it to be terminated this very day and there was no any note about his entering Russian Federation. His footsteps also testifyied about the trespass of the border which were found on the control line by the border guards. Documents were drafted as to the African about administrative responsibility for the illegal cross of the border. The refugee is arrested till the decision of the court.
