In the course of realization of operative information Operative agents of Chop Detachment together with officers of SSU in Transcarpathian region arrested a car in the distance of3 km from the state border in the suburb of the village Kamyanytsya. There were five passengers – citizens of Somalia– one woman and four men. Together with them law enforcement agents detained some more local residents realizing delivery of illegal migrants to state border. At the present moment a criminal case is instituted against one of them according to Part 2 Article 332 of CCU. The investigation actions are still carried out concerning two other persons participating in unlawful activity.
Now detained illegal migrants are in the detention centre of Chop Border Detachment, the other involved persons are handed over to workers of AMOI in Transcarpathian region.
