28-year-old citizen of France was sentenced to 2 years of imprisonment helping 25-year-old Congolese cross the border of Ukraine. They went to Poland by train “Kyiv-Warsaw”. The citizen of Congo showed the passport of black skinned Frenchman to the officers of the check point “Yagodyn” (Volyn region) and the other man presented somebody else’s French document with his photo in it.  

As it was cleared out, the Frenchman gave his passport to his fellow traveler and explained how to behave during the check up. Lybomyr District Court of Volyn region plead the citizen of France guilty in organization of illegal transportation of African person through the border and in using prematurely forged document.  

 The same court also has made responsible 30-year-old Somali woman and 22-year-old citizen of Netherlands for assisting her in crossing the state border of Ukraine illegally. The passenger of the train “Kyiv-Berlin” was apprehended in the check point “Yagodyn” with somebody else’s Dutch passport. Exposing the violator helped that she had piercing on the nose on the left side while the person on the photo had it on the right. In the course of inquest it appeared that African and his accomplice were involved in several crimes. For illegal forging of documents the women was fined for 850 UAH and the citizen of Netherlands was imprisoned for six months for assistance in illegal voyage.
