Border guards of BS “Goronglab” of Mukachevo Detachment received information about possible violation of the state border by the group of illegal migrants.
The joint group of border guards and SSU workers arrived to the place without delay to verify this notification. Soon, law enforcement agents noticed the minibus nearby the border in the direction of the road Shom-Goronglab-Lypove. The group of persons stepped out of the car and made their way towards the border, however, the international group of the travelers was detained. Besides, two citizens of Ukraine were arrested trying to escape by the car. The vehicle and detainees – two Ukrainians, seven citizens of Afghanistan and one – Eritrea were delivered to border subdivision to establish the circumstances.
