In connection with increase of forced settlers from Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts, Oblast State Administration has strengthened the work on their acceptance and arrangement. 

Oblast headquarters on organization of acceptance of the residents from the neighboring oblasts from now works in twenty-four hour regimen.  «We arranged the headquarters in a separate place – at oblast organization of Red Cross. There is a sufficient number of computers, office equipment, and the internet, so not only the representatives of the headquarters can work in proper conditions as well as the settlers can contact their relatives. The employees of various services work in the headquarters for twenty-four hours – from Pension Fund, Social Protection, Migration Service, Health Care and necessarily psychologists. Besides, there is a warehouse for clothes collection – it was reported by the chief deputy of Oblast State Administration Petro Honcharuk. The official marked the importance of registration of arrived persons in order to have a full picture and elaborate the plan of actions. As to June 11, authorities received 558 applications from Donbass settlers. There are also people coming independently, or those being brought by the volunteers. Honcharuk also said that OSA addressed to the government with proposal to establish the status of settlers legislatively and determine the mechanism of compensations to organizations accepting them. Also, the matter of compensation will be submitted for the next session of Oblast Council.
