Police apprehended 4 Georgians in Slovakia coming from Transcarpathia

According to information of Police Department of Border Control in Slovakia, police detained four Georgians in the residential area Sobrance. They were at one of the pubs waiting for a meeting with the smuggler, who had to take them to Austrian border. Policemen decided to check their documents. It was established that they were originated from Georgia, but their passports for travelling abroad were false. After detention, foreigners asked for asylum. Next day in the morning they were transferred to refuge in the district of Humenne.

According to information from press-secretary of Border Police Department in Sobrance, Agnessa Kopernytska, the day before this group of Georgians illegally got to the territory of  Slovakia from Ukraine (Transcarpathia).
