It was established that in January 2011, the malefactors (former border guards and worker of State Auto-mobile Inspection were among them) agreed to participate in illegal transportation of 9 Afghans through Ukrainian-Hungarian state border.

Police agents clarified that the members of the criminal grouping provided illegal migrants with the transportation, residence, meals and direct delivery to border line, where then they had to be smuggled beyond the check points through the state border to Hungary.
