The military men of SBGS together with SSU staff prevented an attempt to renew the smuggling channel through the state border of Ukraine. In the course of operation a joint inter-agency group detained two men and illegal migrant – citizen of one Transcaucasian countries, who was assisted in illegal trip to Ukraine beyond established check points. It was established that these persons were accomplices of the Russian man performing illegal transportation through the state border of Ukraine and was detained the other day by the border guards of Sumy Detachment and SSU staff in the direction between Russian populated area Prylissya and Turrya, Ukrainian one. Currently, pre-court investigation continues within the frames of criminal proceeding according to Article 332 (illegal transportation of persons through the state border of Ukraine) of Crime Code of Ukraine.
