Attempting to cross Ukrainian-Romanian border in the check point “Porubne”, the citizen of Moldova presented documents for passport control not providing him with a right to cross the border. when checking it, the inspector of Chernivtsi Detachment revealed that this passport beonged to another persons, namely to his twin-brother. Administrative-procedural documents were drawn up with regard to the violator.
