The district inspector of Border Guard Service “Krakivets”, Mostytskyi Detachment received information about appearance of an unknown person in the suburb of the village of Glyntsi. The foreigner was traveling towards the state border. He left some kilometers to reach the state border. However, the reaction of the border guards was amazing. The reaction group needed some minutes to find and catch the traveler. Detainee was the citizen of Moldova, 1983 YOB. The border guards drew up administrative-procedural documents as to Art 204-1 of AICU “Illegal cross or attempt to cross the state border of Ukraine”
