During some days Transcarpathian border guards detained 9 illegal migrants from Asia and Africa.
On the eve of the weekends, border guards of Mukachevo Detachment together with police officers detected and detained 5 citizens of Afghanistan. The group of illegal migrants, 4 men and a woman of the age 16 to 26 years old were noticed in the suburb of the village Dyida, Berehovo district. One of the detainees knew Russian language. He explained that illegal migrants intended to get to the countries of Western Europe. He also informed that they were brought by unfamiliar persons by car and left in the forest area. They took their mobile phones and documents. At present moment the checking measures are carried out in order to detect persons involved to present violation.
Besides, yesterday border guards of BS “Knyagynya” of Chop Detachment detained 4 citizens of Somalia due to preliminary information received from local inhabitants. There were 3 minors among the frozen Somalis.
