The staff of State Border Guard Service documented the fact of giving undue advantage in the amount of 600 UAH by a citizen of Moldova. He offered bribe to the border detail of Chernivtsi Detachment servicing at the check point “Rossoshany” for unobstructed pass as Moldavian exceeded the stay terms and had no any legal grounds to stay in Ukraine. So far, a notification was forwarded as to this case with regards to established signs of criminal infringement in accordance with the Article 369 of Crime Code of Ukraine. Moldavian was not passed through the border.
