Border guards of Mukachevo Detachment, Transcarpathian region, revealed a foreigner probably staying illegally on the territory of Ukraine. The border guards of BD “Dilove” stopped the car «Mercedes Sprinter» driven by the citizen of Ukraine. There was also 34-year-old African man inside the car, who provided the passport of the citizen of Nigeria for the verification. The foreigner did not have document proving his legal stay within Ukraine. In order to establish all the circumstances of the infringement provided by the Art.202 of AICU “Violation of border regime, regime in the check points through the state border or regime rules in the entrance points”. Corresponding documents were issued as to the foreigner and he was delivered to the border subdivision. So far, the man will be handed to the staff of Migration Service.
