Almost every day the citizens forcing to leave the regions of realization of anti-terroristic operation and temporary occupied territory of the Crimean peninsula arrive toTranscarpathia.

Thus, the rescuers conduct the work for people to feel the support on the part of the public.

Recently, the rescuers of Volovets garrison met two women from Donetsk and took them to the place of temporary residence. It was established that first, 53-year-old Nadezhda and her mother, being disabled persons of the I^st category, had arrived to Lvov oblast and from there they were delivered by the rescuers of the neighboring oblast to Transcarpathian colleagues.  The assistance of the soldiers of State Service on Emergency Situations was necessary as 81-year-old mother being in the state of limited abilities and could not move herself.  The daughter sincerely thanked the rescuers for their help as they were not able to get to the place of temporary residence all alone. So far, the women are in the village of Bukovets, Mezhhoriye region.

It will be recalled that the oblast headquarter functions to solve the issues of social support of the citizens of Ukraine moving from the temporarily occupied territory and regions of ATO realization. It implements the functions of Coordination Centre and is located at the address: Uzhgorod, Narodnaya Square, 4. Also, there is an active “Hot Line”- (0312) 61-22-20 as to providing the citizens with the explanations on social support at the place of temporary stay on the territory of Transcarpathia.

As of August, 27, there are 1261 persons registered in Transcarpathian oblast, 1039 of them arrived from the eastern oblast and 222 from the Crimea. Allcitizensaddressingtoregional headquarter are provided with the temporary housing.

Border guards detained a passenger with forged documents in the airport “Kyiv”. The woman arrived by the flight from London and presented the passport of the citizen of Poland for control. When checking-in, the border guards doubted in validity of the document. As it was established, the document was partially forged. Soon, the violator explained that she was Ukrainian, the false document was bought aiming at employment abroad.

Also, border guards of Separate check point “Kyiv” apprehended a man and a woman with some ones documents of the citizens of Sweden in the airport “Boryspil”, who were traveling to Brussels. So far, the personalities of the detainees are under the establishment.

The staff of Migration Service and the policemen detected 14 illegal migrants. 8 persons out of the total number were detained in the composition of two organized groupings. 

41 foreign citizens were detected and called to administrative responsibility for admitted violation as to the stay rules in Ukraine in the course of planned activities. Also 21 physical persons were called to administrative responsibility, who invited the foreigners and provided them with the housing. During the working off by the staff of the Service, 4 decisions were made concerning the compulsory return of the foreigners to the country of origin (2 citizens of Georgia, 1 – Azerbaijan, 1 – Russian federation), two persons were prohibited to enter the country.

Besides, the staff of territorial sub-departments of Migration Service made decisions on shortening the stay term in Ukraine to 3 foreigners – 2 citizens of Moldova and 1 Azerbaijan, – said Olga Polishchuk, chief specialist on PR and Mass Media of HA SMS of Ukraine in Transcrpathian oblast.

Border guards of Mostystskyi Detachment registered Chechen migrant, who resided in Austria, asking asylum in Ukraine. In the course of the border control in the check point Shegeni this man presented the documents of stateless person of Austria and applied for getting refugee status on the territory of Ukraine due to political pursuit from the representatives of Russian Diaspora in Austria. According to the man’s words, he had lived in Russia before and because of pursuit he was forced to move to Austria. Soon, he started to get threatening. This citizen was passed to the territory of Ukraine and was handed over to the staff of Migration Service.

The minibus “Mercedes” driven by the citizen of Ukraine arrived to the check point “Luzhanka”. Border detail of Mukachevo Detachment noticed two persons while checking the bus, who were hiding in the vehicle and did not give the documents for the passport control. Then the travelers showed their passports for travelling abroad of the citizens of Romania in a hurry.  However, the border guards examined attentively their documents and established that the pages with constituent data were replaced. Soon, thetravelerstoldthattheywerethecitizensofSyriaandbeforetheyhadstudiedatoneofUkrainianhigherestablishments. They bought the forgeries in order to get to the countries of European Union to improve their life conditions. So far, the verification goes on concerning this infringement.

As it was reported before, as of August 14, there were 1110 registered displaced persons from the Crimea ad the east of the country. ThetotalnumberofthemigrantsfromDonbassandtheCrimeahas already got over 100 thousand…

According to the latest data, the number of forced migrants from the occupied Crimea and Donbass comprises 105 688 persons, – Vasylyi Stoetskyi said, the vice-chairman of State Service on Emergency Situations.

Almost 90 thousand persons left Donetsk and Luhansk regions because of complete situation in the area.

Yet, 16 thousand displaced persons are the Crimeans.

“Altogether there are more than 105 000 forced migrants: 89 000 moved to other regions of Ukraine from the ATO zone, yet 16 000 – from the Crimea”, – press-service of SSES quotes the words of Stoetskyi.

Often the residents of occupied regions choose Kyiv to settle (18 000), Kharkiv (12 000), Dnepropetrovsk and Zaporozhie – by 11 000.

Now, less number of forced migrants is in Ternopil, Volyn, Rivne and Transcarpathia.

At the present moment, authorities possess about 30 thousand reserve places for settlement of people from the East and the Crimea.

As it was reported before, the migrants from the Crimea and East enlisted into the battalion of National Guard.

Recently, more information is received about misbehavior of some refugees and displaced persons in Transcarpathia, arrived from the east of Ukraine, as well as about their conflicts with local residents…

Law enforcement agents attentively examine this kind of information and react upon it in a proper manner.

At the present moment on the territory of Transcarpathian region there are 1091 migrants, of them 869 – from Donetsk and Luhansk regions, 222 – from the Crimean territory.

Thereare 404 childrenamongthem, 139 handicappedpersonsandseniors. The majority of migrants have settled in Uzhgorod (87 persons) and in Mukachevo (54).

Thirteen refugees are servicemen. Yet, 55 young men from the East were handed “Commemorative booklet” elaborated together with the Military Registration and Enlistment Office with request to come to the office for military registration. Everyone was given relevant “tear-off coupon” foreseeing complete identification of a person on the territory of Transcarpathia.

Policemenconductpreventivetalks with all migrants on demand of the residents of Transcarpathia. All men form the East are checked upon the corresponding data bases of Department of Interior identifying their personalities as well as together with the Military Registration and Enlistment Office a possible participation of these persons in implementation of the Law of Ukraine “About partial mobilization” is elaborated…

Last weekend the border guards of Chop Detachment detained the next group of illegal migrants at the border on Slovakia and Hungary…

“Uninvited guests” intending to cross Ukrainian-Slovakian border illegally were detected in Perechyn region by the border guards of BS “Novoselytsya”.

In the beginning, border detail detained two men of Negroid race and then due to actions of operative group yet three their accomplices were apprehended (there was a woman among them).

As it usually happens, the violators did not have any documents. According to the words of the trespassers, two of them were the migrants from Senegal and Guinea, one more – from Cote d’Ivoir. Theoldestwas 31, theyoungest– 22. All“travelers” madetheirwaytoFrance.

For some time, one more native of Africa would keep the company to them, who was detained by the border guards of BS “Chop” at the same station.

The thing is that the man traveled to Hungary by train “Moscow-Budapest”, in order to cross the border he intended to use the passport for traveling abroad of the citizens of France belonging to another person. Consequently, “Pseudo-French” confessed that he originated from Cameroon.

The violators were delivered to subdivision to establish the circumstances of the infringement and process administrative and procedural documents, their personalities are established.

In the course of the last day, due to received information, border guards of BS “Uzhgorod” managed to stop the attempt of illegal cross of the state border. In a result of qualitatively planned and conducted actions on search of the violators, three illegal migrants from Georgia were apprehended in the suburb of the oblast centre, however, they were not able to prove it with documents. They mentioned Austria as the point of their destination. The trespassers were delivered to the subdivision. Decision on responsibility before the law and their further destiny will be defined by the court.

It will be recalled that last week border guards of Chop Detachment detained three more citizens of Georgia, who planned to cross Ukrainian-Slovakian border illegally with the help of the Internet Service Google maps.

Border guards of Separate check point “Kyiv” detained a passenger with forged passport in the airport “Boryspil”. The man arrived by the flight from Dubai and went to transit zone. However, during the recheck of the documents, the border guards doubted in the validity of the passport of the citizen of Syria, which was presented by the traveler for the control. The document was partially forged, besides that passenger had no any tickets for further trip. The man explained that he as if traveled to Istanbul and he refused to inform his true data. The violator will be returned by a return flight to the country of departure.
