Border guards of Separate check point “Kyiv” detained a passenger with non-existing passport. The man travelling to Stockholm presented the passport of the World Citizen for control, besides there were forged signs of State Border Guards Service detected in the document. The traveler intended to convince the border guards that he was really the representative of UNO and the document was really his, however, later on he explained that he was the citizen of Nigeria. He bought the passport of the World Citizen for $300 aiming at travelling without obstructions. So far, the personality of the violator is examined.

It is worth mentioning that not for the first time the border guards have detected those persons intending to cross the border on documents of unestablished form, which is characterized by high quality of publication and protection.

It was said by co-chairman of the regional headquarter of Transcarpathian region on issues of social provision of the citizens of Ukraine displacing from the temporarily occupied territory and areas of ATO realization.

– All refugees addressing to the temporary headquarter are provided with the dwelling, – he assured. Thus, theofficialspecified that there are enough places to accept new migrants.

To the point, 30-50 persons arrive every day. Generally, 277 Crimeans and 1200 residents of eastern regions have already arrived since the beginning of the conflict on the territory of the country.

In total – about1500 persons, more than half a thousand of them are children and more than two hundred are old persons and handicapped. Noteworthy, there are only 200 capable men among the general number of the migrants.

It is connected with reluctance to be registered officially. Someone does not need it just because of complete financial security (correspondingly there is no necessity to apply for official support), and someone is afraid of possible consequences.

However, as we were assured by the co-chairman, there are no any consequences of the official registration.

But on the other hand, it gives a right to get dwelling and financial support. The last one is arranged in accordance with a rather flexible principle and depends on the needs of each separate family: someone is sufficient with the support on dwelling payment, the others need even money for the food.

In any case, the assistance is received by each, who is in need. For this purpose, in particular almost 2 million UAH is allotted to Regional Program“Care”.

SSU staff in Transcarpathian region apprehended two local residents, who intended to smuggle illegal migrants through Ukrainian-Hungarian state border.

It was established that one of bargainers hided four citizens of Afghanistan at the desolate cottage.

His accomplice being wanted by the police for the similar illegal activity had directly to smuggle illegal migrants through the state border beyond the check points.

In the end of August, nearby the town of Chop, SSU workers detained the car driven by the local resident with two citizens of Afghanistan.

The same day operative agents exposed and detained the second smuggler in the outskirts of the village of Chervonoe, Uzhgorod district, where he was waiting for his accomplice and illegal migrants.

The SSU investigators declared both detainees about suspicion according to Part 2 Article 332 (illegal transportation of persons through the state border of Ukraine committees on preliminary agreement by the group of persons).

The court has selected imprisonment as the preventive measure concerning these citizens of Ukraine.

In the frames of the criminal proceeding SSU staff in Transcarpathian region identified the foreign citizen participating in smuggling of 9 citizens of Afghanistan through Ukrainian-Slovakian border. In June of the current year, SSU staff disclosed and detained the organizer of this unlawful deal – the citizen of Afghanistan, resident of Odessa, who was direct chief in the process of transportation of his country fellows to EU.

During the pre-trial investigation it was established that his accomplice – 26-year-old citizen of Moldova, convicted before for robbery and theft resident of Chernovtsy, in February 2014, for $800 smuggled illegal migrants through Transcarpathia to Slovakia beyond the check point in the composition of the criminal grouping.

In the end of August 2014, SSU officers detained the malefactor in Chernovtsy and delivered him to Inquest Department of SSU in Transcarpathian region.

Detainee was reported about suspicion in crime commitment stipulated by Part 3 Article 332 (illegal transportation of persons through the state border of Ukraine committed on preliminary agreement by the group of persons based on mercenary persuasions) of Crime Code of Ukraine.

Uzhgorod Municipal District Court selected detention as preventive punishment.

More than a million persons left their homes due to conflict escalation in Luhansk and Donetsk regions. It was reported by the UNO representative Vensan Koshtel in Geneva.

Accordingtohiswords, inthecourseofthelastthreeweeksthenumberofinternally displaced persons in Ukraine has doubled and comprises 260 thousand. Yet 814 thousand persons – are refugees moving the country to Russia this year.

Last week, UNO published data about the victims of opposition between the governmental forces and pro-Russian separatists since April – 2600 persons, thousands – received wounds.

Border guards of Chop Detachment apprehended illegal migrants from Asia and Africa, who were travelling to the countries of European Union.

In the first case, two men without document were detained by officers of BS “Tysa” in the village of Solomonovo. As it was established unfamiliar persons arrived to border town Chop and attempted to get to Hungary beyond the check point. They reported to be the migrants from Iran; they laid their route with the help of the Internet-Service Google maps.

One more violator wishing to get to the Western Europe was apprehended in the check point “Tysa”. The border guards doubted in the identity of the card of the citizen of Spain due to which he intended to leave Ukraine as the passenger of the regular bus.

In the course of commission examination of the document, border guards established its complete forgery. As detained violator explained, he was the citizen of Nigeria, the forgery document was used in order to get to Spain.

The violators were delivered to subdivision, their personalities are under establishment. Decision on responsibility before the law and their further destiny will be defined by the court.

Border guards of Chop Detachment detained the next “duet” of illegal migrants from Georgia at about 5 a.m. in the morning.

Receiving a signal about operation of alarm system in the area of BS “Uzhgorod”, an operative group started immediately to the place with the service dog.

After detecting the place of possible overcoming of engineer construction by unfamiliar persons, already in some minutes the dog got going, who brought the detail to the “tourists” hiding behind the trees.

Two unknown men without documents staying to reach some meters to the border reported to the border guards that they were the citizens of Germany and confessed in their intention to seek for better life conditions by getting to Slovakia. The detainees laid their route with the help of printed picture of the border zone done through the Internet service Google maps.  Germanyhadtobecometheirfinalpointofdestination.

The men were delivered to the subdivision to establish the circumstances of the infringement. Decision on responsibility before the law and their further destiny will be decided by the court.

Besides the point, the border guards of Chop Detachment detained 29 migrants from Georgia.

Almost every day the citizens forcing to leave the regions of realization of anti-terroristic operation and temporary occupied territory of the Crimean peninsula arrive toTranscarpathia.

Thus, the rescuers conduct the work for people to feel the support on the part of the public.

Recently, the rescuers of Volovets garrison met two women from Donetsk and took them to the place of temporary residence. It was established that first, 53-year-old Nadezhda and her mother, being disabled persons of the I^st category, had arrived to Lvov oblast and from there they were delivered by the rescuers of the neighboring oblast to Transcarpathian colleagues.  The assistance of the soldiers of State Service on Emergency Situations was necessary as 81-year-old mother being in the state of limited abilities and could not move herself.  The daughter sincerely thanked the rescuers for their help as they were not able to get to the place of temporary residence all alone. So far, the women are in the village of Bukovets, Mezhhoriye region.

It will be recalled that the oblast headquarter functions to solve the issues of social support of the citizens of Ukraine moving from the temporarily occupied territory and regions of ATO realization. It implements the functions of Coordination Centre and is located at the address: Uzhgorod, Narodnaya Square, 4. Also, there is an active “Hot Line”- (0312) 61-22-20 as to providing the citizens with the explanations on social support at the place of temporary stay on the territory of Transcarpathia.

As of August, 27, there are 1261 persons registered in Transcarpathian oblast, 1039 of them arrived from the eastern oblast and 222 from the Crimea. Allcitizensaddressingtoregional headquarter are provided with the temporary housing.

Border guards detained a passenger with forged documents in the airport “Kyiv”. The woman arrived by the flight from London and presented the passport of the citizen of Poland for control. When checking-in, the border guards doubted in validity of the document. As it was established, the document was partially forged. Soon, the violator explained that she was Ukrainian, the false document was bought aiming at employment abroad.

Also, border guards of Separate check point “Kyiv” apprehended a man and a woman with some ones documents of the citizens of Sweden in the airport “Boryspil”, who were traveling to Brussels. So far, the personalities of the detainees are under the establishment.

The staff of Migration Service and the policemen detected 14 illegal migrants. 8 persons out of the total number were detained in the composition of two organized groupings. 

41 foreign citizens were detected and called to administrative responsibility for admitted violation as to the stay rules in Ukraine in the course of planned activities. Also 21 physical persons were called to administrative responsibility, who invited the foreigners and provided them with the housing. During the working off by the staff of the Service, 4 decisions were made concerning the compulsory return of the foreigners to the country of origin (2 citizens of Georgia, 1 – Azerbaijan, 1 – Russian federation), two persons were prohibited to enter the country.

Besides, the staff of territorial sub-departments of Migration Service made decisions on shortening the stay term in Ukraine to 3 foreigners – 2 citizens of Moldova and 1 Azerbaijan, – said Olga Polishchuk, chief specialist on PR and Mass Media of HA SMS of Ukraine in Transcrpathian oblast.
