Due to the skilled actions of the border guards, border detail detected and detained three foreign citizens attempting to cross the state border beyond the check point in the area of BS “Goronglab” of Mukachevo Detachment…

They were citizens of Syria and Iraq. Corresponding procedural documents were prepared concerning the detainees for violation of the Ukrainian legislation, their deportation is expected.

This information was reported the chief deputy of Border Control Staff Department of Mukachovo Border detachment, major Aleksey Fedorov.

In the course of the operative and investigation actions undertaken in Odesa, the staff of State Border Guard Service detained the citizen of Syria.

The citizen was apprehended on SSU’s order implementation and court resolution as a suspected person in organization of persons’ transportation through the border to the countries of Western Europe. So far, the Syrian is sent to the town of Mukachevo in order to apply preventive measures.

It will be recalled that the staff of SBGS detained one more Syrian in Kharkiv for organization of illegal transportation of four persons (Syrians) through the state border. The detainee was also delivered to Mukachevo, Transcarpathian region to define the punishment measure concerning his case.

While checking passenger’s documents departing from Lviv to Austria, border guards of Lviv Detachment detected the citizens intending to take the flight with forged documents. There was a replacement of the pages with constituent data detected in the documents of the citizens of Latvia. Soon, it was established that these were two Syrians attempting to depart to Vienna with forged documents. In order to clarify the details of the violation, the citizens were passed to SSU.

The Prime Minister of Hungary, Viktor Orban called to introduce more strict rules restricting immigration to Europe. He reported this in his interview to French TV M1.

According to his words, economic migration is a negative factor and Hungary cannot shelter people leaving their homes on economical reasons.

After visiting the Unity March in Paris, Orban noted that now it would be necessary to speak about immigration and cultural issue connected with it frankly and directly.

“Economic migration – is bad for Europe, and it is not to be considered as useful as it brings only troubles and danger to Europe, so immigration shall be stopped, this is a position of Hungary”, – he said.

“Those people leaving their countries on political reasons to preserve their life shall get asylum, but Hungary cannot provide the economical migrants with such an assistance”, – Hungarian Prime Minister marked.

“It should be clear that we will not allow it, at least until I am the Prime Minister and this government is in power for Hungary to become a target for immigrants,”- he pointed.

“We do not want to be a significant minority with different cultural peculiarities and past to live among us, we would like Hungary to remain as such,” – Orban said.

This year, the government is going to focus primarily on improving mastery of the Czech language as a part of the integration of foreigners, as well as widening the employment opportunities of the immigrants and improving their abilities to negotiate with doctors.

25 million krons (909 thousand Euros) will be allocated for these programs, as in comparison with the previous year. On Wednesday, the Cabinet will discuss a draft of up-to-date integration concept and, probably, will make also decision along other projects whether immigrants would be rightful voters in municipal elections.

The question of integration in the Czech Republic directly concerns about 266 thousand persons arrived the countries outside the EU. About 75% of them came to the Czech Republic from Ukraine, Vietnam and Russia.

In the frames of foreigners’ integration, this year the government is planning to concentrate first of all on improving the Czech language skills as well as migrants’ employment opportunities extension and improvement of their ability to talk with the doctors.

The present program should require 25 mln. koruna (909 thousand euro) as in the past year. The Cabinet of Ministers will discuss the project of actualized integration concept and probably along with others issues makes a decision on will the immigrants be competent voters in the municipal elections.

The border guards of BS “Luzhanka” of Mukachevo detachment together with the representatives of public formation and police service detained the violators…

The man was stopped some meters from the border on Hungary in night time. The detainee was delivered to the subdivision aiming at conducting investigation actions and issue of administrative and procedural documents.

In the course of the investigation it was established that recently this citizen has already been detained for the attempt to cross the state border. Also, it was learned that he studied at one on the universities of Ukraine.

Four citizens of Syria were apprehended in Transcarpathia by the border guards of BS “Luzhanka” of Mukachevo Detachment and traffic policemen in the frames of actions undertaken as to illegal migration counteraction.

The car was stooped in the suburb of the village of Yanoshi, Beregovo region 10 km before the state border. There were 4 citizens of Syria inside the car, and the car was driven by the citizen of Ukraine. Detainees were delivered to border subdivision to issue procedural documents.

One more violator, citizen of Georgia, was apprehended nearby the border by the border guards of BS “Uzhgorod” of Chop Detachment. The citizen traveled towards the border avoiding the check point. However, the violator was noticed and stopped by the border detail some meters before the state border.

Border guards of Lviv Detachment together with the policemen apprehended the next “asylum seekers” attempting to cross Ukrainian-Polish border in illegal way. Inter-agency group stopped the car to check, where there were three citizens of Algeria and one citizen of Tunis. After conduction the interview it was established that the travelers aimed at crossing the state border beyond the check point “Rava-Ruska”.

So far, the violators are delivered to border subdivision to prepare administrative and procedural documents. Decision on responsibility before the law will be defined by the court.

Border guards of Separate check point “Kyiv” in the airport “Boryspil” detected forged passport. One of the passengers arriving from Moscow presented for control the passport of the citizen of Sweden. The border guards had noticed the replacement of the pages in it. In fact, the passenger was the citizen of Iran. The violator will be returned by a fly back to the country of departure.
