Four Algerians and two Georgians were detained near Ukrainian-Slovakian border

Border guards of BS “Stuzhytsya” of Chop Detachment detained 4 unknown persons nearby the border. The travelers were moving towards Ukrainian-Slovakian border, however, the border guards stopped them and found that they did not have any document. The travelers informed that they were the citizens of Algeria. They also reported that they intended to get to one of the countries of Western Europe paying for it $3000 each.

While conducting verification measures and establishing the circumstances of the infringement, border guards managed to learn that one of the “tourists” had already been detained for attempt to cross the state border illegally in 2011 in the area of Cho Detachment. So far, the violators expect for the court decision.

Besides, the day before border guards of BS “Knyagyanya” of the same Detachment apprehended the citizens of Georgia in the approaches to Slovakian-Ukrainian border. They also intended to get to EU avoiding the check points.

Two Georgians “attacked” the border of Transcarpathia uncertainly enough

The border guards of Transcarpathia have to detain illegal migrants more often, who name the Internet as their smuggler. Detention of illegal migrants by the staff of Chop Detachment at Ukrainian-Slovakian border became the confirmation of this. Two men, of 1986 and 1988 year of birth, arriving from Georgia to Ukraine, decided to stay her for a little, as they intended to get to Germany. However, having no corresponding documents for legal voyage in the mentioned country, they decided to get to EU through Transcarpathia. With the help of the service Google maps they made their “route to dream” through the Carpathians. And when they left to reach about two kilometers to cherished border on Slovakia, their plans were destroyed by the border detail of BS “Knyagynya”. The men did not have any documents. They introduced to the border guards as the migrants from Georgia. The personalities of the men and circumstances of the infringement are under the establishment. Decision on responsibility before the law and their further destiny will be defined by the court.

Three Afghanis, three citizens of Sri Lanka, Uzbek and Syrian were detected at the boarder

Border detail of BS “Milove” of Luhansk Detachment detained three unknown persons nearby Ukrainian-Russian border.  The men travelled from Russia in the direction of the village of Milove. Detainees reported that they were the citizens of Afghanistan, but they did not prove it by documents.

Also, violator from Uzbekistan was apprehended at the border on Russia. The man without documents was stopped by the border guards of BS “Yunakivka”, Sumy oblast.

Three more trespassers were found in Transcarpathia. The law enforcement agents of BS “Tyachiv” of Mukachevo Detachment caught 3 citizens of Sri Lanka due to the preliminary information received from local resident. Border guards of Chop Detachment stoped the citizen of Syria at the approaches to the border. He also did not have any documents. Border detail detected Syrian with the help of thermal imager.

At the present moment, details of the infringement are under the establishment.

Three Iranians traveled by train to Warsaw by Czech passports

Border guards of Lutsk Detachment detained 3 persons at the check point “Yagodyn – railway station” at night. The men intended to cross the state border of Ukraine showing false documents during the border control. The forgeries of the train passengers “Kyiv-Warsaw” were detected by the inspector in the course of the documents verification. Asians claimed to be nationals of CzechRepublic, but thorough examination of the documents showed that they had partial signs of falsification by means of changing informational pages with constituent data.

It is interesting that foreigners arrived by the flight “Tegeran-Kyiv” according to their passports, the citizens of Iran. Soon, detained persons confessed that they planned to get to Europe with aim to get jobs using the forged documents.

Notification was sent to MOI bodies of pre-trial investigation in order to make a corresponding legal decision on the fact of using forged and invalid documents intentionally.

Border guards detained violators with false data-stamps

The citizen of Belarus was not to let out of Ukraine by the border guards of separate check point “Kyiv”. The man intended to depart to Warsaw through the airport “Boryspil”. However, the border guards detected false signs of SBGS in his document. So far, the trespasser is handed to police officers.

The citizen of Uzbekistan was not passed at the same airport as he had forged certificate on permanent residence. The Uzbek arrived to Ukraine by the flight from St. Petersburg.

Also, border guards detected false data-stamps in the document of the citizen of Azerbaijan in Donetsk oblast in the check point “Ilovaysk”. Now, the violator intending to depart by the train “Kharkiv-Baku” is handed to MOI staff.

Moldavian and Ukrainian were caught in Lviv oblast

Border guards of BS “Smilnytsya” of Mostytskyi Detachment received information from local residents about appearance of unknown person nearby the border. The man walking towards the border was noticed near the village Sosnivka, Lviv oblast.

In some minutes border detail detained the violator without documents. Soon, it was learned that the traveler was the citizen of Republic of Moldova. The man intended to cross the state border illegally and get to the countries of European Union.

Seven persons attempted to cross the border

In the check point “Odessa-air” the border guards noticed a changed page with constituent data in the passport of the citizen of Congo. So far, the man travelling to Dubai is detained for proving a case on his identity.

Three citizens of Tadzhikistan had to be returned by the border guards to Russia. The violators intended to cross the border having no corresponding documents. One of the men was detained in the check point “Zernove”, two more – in the check point “Bachivsk”.

Besides, two citizens (women) of Ukraine were apprehended in the check point “Kelmentsi”, Bukovyn. Ukrainians planned to avoid the border-customs inspection after arrival by train from Moldova.

Border guards detained 5 violators at the “green corridor”

Three trespassers were detained by the border guards of BS “Milove” of Luhansk Detachment. The silhouettes of unknown person were noticed by border detail with the help of thermal imager. The Reaction Group caught the violators nearby the border between Ukrainian village Milove and Russian one Chertkovo. The violators being 5 m before the state border were two citizens of Ukraine and one of Uzbekistan.

Two trespassers were apprehended by the border guards of BS “Topolya” in Kharkiv oblast. The men were caught immediately after the alarm system went off. The citizens of Tadzhikistan and Ukraine intended to avoid the check point.

One more violator was detained in Lviv oblast. The man was going by car through the check point “Shegeni”. The page with constituent data was changed in the passport of the citizen of Romania, which he presented for control to the border guards. Soon, the driver reported that he was the citizen of Moldova.

Three pushy Syrians tried to get to EU through the border of Transcarpathia

Three unfamiliar persons were apprehended 500 m before the border on Slovakia. On duty detail’s demand to show the documents identifying personalities, the men reported that they did not have any. The point of their destination had to be Austria, where their relatives lived. The violators were delivered to subdivision to learn all the circumstances of the infringement and process administrative and procedural documents. In the course of above mentioned measures, border guards established that all three men had already been detained by the staff of SBGS for attempt to cross the state border from Ukraine to Hungary illegally. Decision on responsibility of the violators before the law and their further destiny will be defined by the court.

The border guards of BS “Uzhgorod” detained 6 unfamiliar persons without documents. It happened when the alarm system went off in the area of Ukrainian-Slovakian border, which they planned to cross. Detainees introduced themselves as the citizens of Afghanistan and told that there were minors among them. Now, border guards try to establish their personalities and circumstances of the infringement.
