During exploitation, the Joint Inter-Agency Group of law enforcement officers stopped the car “Рeugeot” with three citizens of Ukraine and one Asian on the outskirts of Uzhhorod. The foreigner said that he was a citizen of Vietnam, but had no any documents.
In order to establish the circumstances of the offense, the foreigner was taken to the Department of the BU “Uzhhorod”. After identification, he will be brought to administrative responsibility under Part 1 Art. 204 – 1 of the AICU “Illegal cross or attempt to cross illegally the state border of Ukraine”. Detained citizens of Ukraine together with illegal immigrants were handed over to the staff of the Security Service of Ukraine in Transcarpathian region.

These offenders are revealed by the servicemen of the State Border Guard Service and are not allowed to enter Ukraine in all directions like by sea, road and air communication.
The local residents informed the district inspector that unknown persons were noticed near a private houses in the village of Lubnya, Velykyi Bereznyi district. The response team immediately started to the specified place, where they detained two foreigners without documents. According to the detainees, they were the citizens of Bangladesh.
During check in of the passengers of the bus traveling to Germany, five foreigners, including three children, provided the passports of Greek citizens for the border guards’ check. The border guards immediately recorded the forgery signs in the document – namely, the lack of watermarks, unauthorized attachment of other sheets with constituent data and a number of other signs of passport falsification. It was later revealed that these documents were in the database Interpol. In the course of further filtration activities the law enforcement officers found passports of Turkish citizens.
In the checkpoint “Luzhanka”, at about 2 am the border patrol noticed a man sneaking moving towards Hungary, without providing any documents for verification.
The soldiers of the BU “Rava-Ruska” detained four foreigners, when realizing the received operational information about the appearance of the unknown persons on the outskirts of the village, who were moving towards the state border. According to the offenders, they were citizens of India. Subsequently, the men reported that they intended to get to the EU countries beyond the checkpoint.
The officers of the BU “Dilove” detained two citizens of Bangladesh and their smuggler, who were hurrying up by car to get to the border on Romania. And in Lviv region the border guards of the BU “Rava-Ruska” detained a Moroccan at the time of his attempt to cross illegally the state border of Ukraine. Consequently, the foreigner admitted that he intended to get to the EU countries outside the checkpoint.
The residents of the village of Shehyni informed the Lviv border guards about the appearance of unknown persons in the border area. The Response Group started immediately to look for the “tourists” 300 meters before the Ukrainian-Polish border. They were the citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan, YOB 1984 and 1985. They had passport documents.
Turkish citizen with a fake ID-card was stopped by the border guards of the Separate checkpoint “Boryspil”. During the border control he has provided the passport of the citizen of Turkey and the ID card of a citizen of France, which was full with signs of forgery. Further on, the law enforcement authorities found out that the foreigner intended to depart in some days from Ukraine to Budapest using in advance the bought ticket.
The foreigners, citizens of Iran, arrived by the flight from Teheran to Kyiv. They reported that they had purchased fake documents for a lot of money in order to get to Finland.
