Compass made wandering Syrians along the Lviv forests

thumb_news_20141228_105208_1419756728Two citizens of Syria had been wandering for two days attempting to get to the countries of European Union. They were detained by the border guards of BS “Grushiv” of Lviv Detachment some meters before the border on Poland. Two unfamiliar persons were noticed in the village of Nemyriv, Yavoryvskyi district by local people and informed the border guards on this point. Conducting searching actions, the force group detained the “travelers”. They were two citizens of Syria, who wished to get to Germany to improve their life conditions. The men took compass, however, this device did not help then as they lost the orientation cue at all and got lost in the forest, where they were stopped by the border detail. After establishing the details of the violation, a legal decision will be made concerning the detainees.

«Travelers» from Gambia and Syria were apprehended in Transcarpathia

-9809786756453_4Two men intending to cross the border beyond the check point “Uzhgorod” were apprehended by the border guards of Chop Detachment some hundreds meters before Ukrainian-Slovakian border. The detainees reported that they were native of Gambia, however, no documents could prove it. They explained that they intended to get to Germany aiming at finding some job and better life conditions. Also, detainees reported that they planned their route of illegal trip with the help of the Internet services.

One more violator, migrant from Syria, was detained by the border guards of the same detachment in the area of BS “Tysa”. The man tried to get to Hungary avoiding the check point.

All violators were delivered to border subdivision. Decision on responsibility before the law will be defined by the court.

Voyage “Bangkok-Stockholm” finished in Kyiv for Iranian

thumb_news_20141128_103650_1417163810Border guards of separate check point “Kyiv” in the airport “Boryspil” stopped 22-year-old citizen of Iran for the check. Border guards learned that the man, traveling to Bangkok, had forged passport of the citizen of Italy. Later on, Iranian planed to cross the border of Ukraine in direction to Europe, namely to the capital of Sweden – Stockholm.

Soon, telling the story of his trip, the man mentioned that the forged Italian passport, with which he attempted to look for better destiny in the countries of European Union, cost $12000.

In the short run, the citizen of Iran will be sent to Bangkok by a fly back.

Border guards apprehended three lost illegal migrants from Caucasus

96857463524-0987_1Actions on counteraction to illegal migration at the border on Slovakia presented the first results. Border guards of BS “Uzhgorod” apprehended three migrants from Caucasus. Information about appearance of the men of Caucasian look was received beforehand.

Later on, three unknown persons were detained by forces of task group with the service dog in the distance of 500 m from Ukrainian-Slovakian border.

They reported to the law enforcement agents that they were the citizens of Georgia, however, do any documents they had. Also, the men explained that they decided to have an illegal trip to Germany due to the difficult financial state and absence of job in the country of their origin.

They also said that they were guided by the services of Google maps.

The violators were delivered to the subdivision to establish the circumstances of the infringement and prepare administrative and procedural documents. Decision on responsibility before the law and further destiny of the detainees will be defined by the court.

Two Georgians made their way to Slovakia assisted by «Google maps»

Information about appearance of two men of Caucasian look in the borer area was received by the border guards of BS “Velykyi Bereznyi” in time. The operational team detained two unknown persons without documents in the distance of one kilometer from the border on Slovakia. During the interview, the travelers reported that they were the citizens of Georgia, they made their way to EU in the search of better life conditions. They were guided by Google maps in their choice of the rote. The violators were delivered to the subdivision and administrative and procedural documents had been processed concerning the illegal cross of the state border. Their further destiny will be defined by the court.

Border guards had to return 32-year-old Syrian with a child to Istanbul

Border guards of Separate check point “Kyiv” detected the violators in the airport Boryspil during the processing of the passengers arrived from Istanbul. After detailed examination of the documents of the citizen of Sweden presented by the woman it was established that they did not belong to her.  Soon, 32-year-old woman explained that they were the citizens of Syria, and passport belonged to her sister residing in one of the Scandinavian countries. So far, the passengers are sent by the fly back to the country of departure.

Eight illegal migrants were detained at the border on Slovakia

The next group of illegal migrants, natives of the Asian region, was detained in one of the settlements of Uzhgorod district. In the frames of actions undertaken on counteraction to illegal migration, Chop border guards received information about a large group of unfamiliar persons being in the border area. In the course of the joint information processing, the staff of the Chop Detachment and representatives of MOI of Ukraine in Transcarpathian region detected eight citizens of Afghanistan, in one of the border villages in the house– five men, two women and a child. People did not have any documents; their goal of stay nearby the border was explained as an attempt to get to Europe.

While detaining the illegal migrants, law enforcement agents detected one more citizen of Ukraine, inhabitant of the town of Uzhgorod, renting this house.

He shall bear responsibility before the law according to the Article 332 of Crime Code of Ukraine (Illegal transportation of persons through the state border of Ukraine). Detained migrants were delivered to the subdivision; their further destiny will be decided by the court.

Two Iranians were detained for the second time while attempting to cross the border

54_main-8787 Lately, border guards of Chop Detachment detained two violators in the frames of conducted action on counteraction to illegal migration. Task force with the service dog detained the violators 800 m before the Ukrainian-Slovakian border. The detainees reported that they were the citizens of Iran, however, no any documents could be presented. Also, the “travelers” mentioned that they made their way to Slovakia and from there they planned to get to the countries of European Union. Besides, the border guards established that the detainees had already intended to get to EU before. First, they were apprehended in the end of this summer by the officers of BS “Tysa” for the attempt to cross the border on Hungary illegally.

The violators were delivered to the subdivision. Their destiny will be defined by the court.

Border guards detected pseudo-Polish in the airport “Boryspil”

The man arrived from Istanbul and provided with the passport of the citizen of the Republic of Poland for control. However, the border guards doubted in document belonging to the bearer. As it was established soon, the passenger had also forged identification card of the citizen of Poland.

Finally, the traveler explained that he arrived from Nepal and planned to get to the countries of European Union. So far, the person is sent by a fly back to the country of departure.

Father with son traveled via airport with forgeries costing $24 thousand

In the course of the passenger processing in the airport “Boryspil”, who arrived from Istanbul, border guards’ attention was attracted by the man with a child presenting their passports of the citizens of France for verification.

After detailed examination of the documents, it was established that they were partially forged. Soon, 40-year-old pseudo-Frenchman explained that he and his son were Palestinians. To prove his words he provided with the true documents. The travelers intended to get to Stockholm in the search of better life conditions, thus they purchases the forgeries for $12 thousand each. So far, the passengers are returned by a fly back to the country of departure.
