Moldavian running from employer left his passport

Citizen of Moldova that illegally got to Ukraine beyond the check point was detained in Luhansk oblast by the border guards of “Bilolutsk”.

Information about possible cross of the state border was received by the law enforcement agents from their Russian colleagues. The trespasser crossed the river Aidar nearby Ukrainian village Tanyushivka along which there is a state border, where he was apprehended by the border detail. Soon, the man explained that he as if intended to escape from his employer that took his documents not paying for done job and made him work only for food.

The actions on circumstances establishment and identification of the detained persons are carried out.

Europe will make Common Rules on accept for all refugees

Brussels passed the common decision as to the asylum system. Approved system includes points concerning health care, housing and legal rights of refugees. Adopting the present bill, the term of reply expectance from the part of the government has dramatically shortened from 16 months to 6. The maximal interval given for the check of personality requesting asylum will comprise 9 months.

For all that, the terms the law shall come into force are also limited. All EU state-members will have just two years in order to pass into a new system of acceptance of refugees.

It should be marked that new project completely corresponds to promises of the present president of France engaging for aid and protection of deprived persons.

Afghans tried to get to Hungary from Transcarpathia by boats

Border guards of Chop Detachment apprehended a group of illegal migrants from Southern-Eastern Asia.

Five “travellers” intended to get illegally to Hungary, and not to Slovakia. However, the border guards of BS “Salovka” ruined their plans. Border detail being on duty in that area detected the movement of the persons nearby the border at 4 a.m. with the help of night vision device. In the result of conducted actions on the search of the trespassers, operative group detected 5 illegal migrants – four men and a woman in the approaches to the state border.

As it usually happens, none of the detainees had any documents and they introduced themselves to the border guards as adult citizens of Afghanistan.

It should be marked that the violators had just to get over the river Tysa on their way to wished European Union, along which there is Ukrainian-Hungarian border. However, they were not ready for this: border guards found two rubber boats not far from the place of detention.

In a result, the violators were delivered to border subdivision for establishing the circumstances of the infringement and for processing administrative and procedural documents. Decision on responsibility before the law and their further destiny will be defined by the court.

Syrian hided his real passport in the socks

SBS officers detected two passengers having forged documents in the check point “Donetsk – airport”. Thus, border guards detected a violator among the passengers of the flight “Istanbul – Donetsk” during the passport control in the morning. 45-year-old citizen of Iraq had forged Ukrainian temporary residence certificate.

In the afternoon, border guards of Donetsk Detachment apprehended one more trespasser. He was 41-year-old passenger of the flight “Kutaisi – Donetsk” presenting for control passport of the citizen of France. However, experienced inspector of border service detected immediately the forgeries of the document and suspected that presented document for control did not belong to the bearer. After a short talk, the foreign citizen confessed that he was the citizen of Syria. Soon the man gave the border guards his real passport of the citizen of Syria, which was hidden in the socks.

At the present moment, foreign citizens are handed over to MOI workers in order to conduct investigation actions and their further involvement to responsibility foreseen by the present legislation.

During the day, Moldavian wanted to get twice tor Russia illegally

Border guards of BS “Shalygine” (Sumy oblast) detained a citizen of Moldova, who tried to get to Russia beyond the check point. The alarm system was heard by border detail being on duty in the check point “Katerynivka”. Reaction group with service dog started immediately to look for the possible trespasser. The dog found the track at once and the law enforcement agents detained the violator already in 10 meters from the border. Detainee was 55-year-old citizen of Moldova who made his way towards Russian populated area Gorodysche. As it was established later, this citizen was already apprehended by the border guards of Sumy Detachment while he intended to cross the border in the area of BS “Seredyna Buda”. At that time, the man explained that he as if missed his train and received oral reprimand.

Now, administrative and procedural documents are processed against the detainee concerning the illegal cross of the border.

Three “leaders” with illegal migrants were apprehended at the border on Russia

Checking the border line border detail of BS “Milove” of Luhansk Detachment noticed three persons. Unfamiliar persons moving towards Russian populated area Chertkovo were stopped at once and detained. One of the detainees was 66-year-old local woman explained that she and her husband, the citizen of Russia, for certain sum of money decided to take the citizen of Georgia over the border. The man wanted to get to Russia in such a way because as if he did not have visa.

Besides, the border guards of BS “Lozno-Oleksandrivka” of the same detachment caught 41-year-old Ukrainian. The man intended to smuggle 54-year-old woman from Armenia and 58-year-old citizen of Russia. At the present moment, each of detainees are fined for 3400 UAH for attempt to cross the state border illegally by the court decision. SSU workers were informed concerning the persons trying to assist foreigners in illegal trip.

Russian made his way to Ukraine in the car boot

Border guards of Belgorod-Dnistrovsky Detachment detected a man in the car boot who intended to get to Ukraine by such a way.

The car arrived to check point “Gradenytsi” (Odessa oblast). During the border control of the car directed from Prydnistroviya, the officers of State Border Service noticed the driver’s disturbed behaviour. Soon it was known why he was so worried – in the course of the check an unfamiliar person was found in the boot of his car under the stuff. The man intended to get to Ukraine illegally avoiding to go through border control. As it was established, the violator was the citizen of Russia, the term of his passport document finished already in February of the current year. This person is called to administrative responsibility and returned back for the attempt to cross the state border illegally.

Ukrainian woman on the fifth month of pregnancy smuggled 16-year-old Georgian to Russia

The citizen of Ukraine and Georgian were apprehended in Luhansk region in the area of BS “Milove” trying to get to Russia illegally beyond the check point.

During the check of the border line borer guards detained two persons moving towards Russian populated area Chertkovo. The detainees were 29-year-old local female resident and 16-year-old boy from Georgia. As it was established, Ukrainian woman being on the fifth month of pregnancy agreed to take the boy through the border for some definite sum of money. It was also established that Georgian arrived to Ukraine legally and having no Russian visa intended to get to Russia in any way as if his parents live there.

At the present moment, by court decision the detainee is fined for 3400 UAH for attempt to cross the state border illegally, and a criminal case is commenced against the woman by SSU workers.

Border guards apprehended six trespassers with the help of alarm devices and thermal imager

Two citizens of Uzbekistan and a citizen of Ukraine were apprehended on Saturday by the border guards of BS “Shegeni” of Sumy Detachment. Alarm system went off in the check point “Katerynivka”. The reaction group started to the place immediately and in some minutes they detained three trespassers some meters before the state border. In the course of the interview, it was established that one of them was Ukrainian and he intended to smuggle two Uzbek persons through the state border. So far, detainees are passed to SSU officers in Sumy region in order to conduct corresponding investigation actions.

The violator was also caught in the area of BS “Onokivtsi” (Transcarpathian region) after the alarm system went off by the border guards of BS “Uzhgorod” of Chop Detachment. The migrant from Chechnya was “seeker of European happiness” without any documents. The man wanted to get to Slovakia.

Two more violators were detected by the BS “Shegeni” of Mostyskyi Detachment. Two unfamiliar persons were noticed at night with the help of thermal complex. The travellers were the citizens of Turkey.

Four illegal migrants from Moldova were caught by “Berkut”

Cooperation of border guards of Chop Detachment and officers of MOI, in particular with the subdivision “Berkut” stopped illegal migrants on their way to Italy.

The group of trespassers was detected by the border guards in the evening during the joint patrolling of the border line in the area of Perechyn region. Four men were nearby Ukrainian-Slovakian border in the area of BS “Novoselytsya”. None of the travellers had documents identifying their personalities. During the interview, the men reported about their plans to get to Italy in order to find some job, however by illegal way. Each of the “quarter” named their citizenship as Moldavian. At the present moment all four men are detained and delivered to Border Subdivision to process administrative and procedural documents for the attempt to cross the state border illegally. Decision on responsibility before the law and their further destiny will be defined by the court.
