Eight citizens of India were not passed to Ukraine in “Boryspil”

These offenders are revealed by the servicemen of the State Border Guard Service and are not allowed to enter Ukraine in all directions like by sea, road and air communication.

Thus, the border guards of a Separate checkpoint “Kiev” in the “Boryspil” did not let 8 potential illegal migrants across the border.

The passengers, citizens of India, arrived by flight from Delhi. However, according to the results of the border control, on the basis of Par. 4 Article 8 (not a proof of purpose of intended stay on the territory of Ukraine) of the Law of Ukraine “On border control”, they have been denied crossing the state border of Ukraine.

Identified Indian citizens were returned by a back flight.

Two illegal migrants from Bangladesh on the Ukrainian-Polish border

The local residents informed the district inspector that unknown persons were noticed near a private houses in the village of Lubnya, Velykyi Bereznyi district. The response team immediately started to the specified place, where they detained two foreigners without documents. According to the detainees, they were the citizens of Bangladesh.

Currently, the measures are being taken to find possible smugglers involved in transportation of illegal migrants across the state border. The protocols were drawn up as for administrative offense under Part 2 Article 204-1 of AICU “Illegal cross or attempt of illegal state border cross”.

Turkish citizens tried to leave Ukraine by fake passports

During check in of the passengers of the bus traveling to Germany, five foreigners, including three children, provided the passports of Greek citizens for the border guards’ check. The border guards immediately recorded the forgery signs in the document – namely, the lack of watermarks, unauthorized attachment of other sheets with constituent data and a number of other signs of passport falsification. It was later revealed that these documents were in the database Interpol. In the course of further filtration activities the law enforcement officers found passports of Turkish citizens.

So far, investigative actions proceed. With regard to the foreigners the protocols have been drawn up as to their attempt to cross illegally the state border and use of forged documents.

Illegal migrant was detained 100 meters before Hungarian border

In the checkpoint “Luzhanka”, at about 2 am the border patrol noticed a man sneaking moving towards Hungary, without providing any documents for verification.

The detainee was a 37-year-old citizen of Tajikistan, who had a foreign passport of the citizen of Hungary. The foreigner intended to cross illegaly the state border on someone else’s document, but decided to try bypassing the passport control.

The offender is brought to administrative responsibility. Currently, all circumstances and probable organizers of the illegal voyage of Tajik citizen are under establishment.

Unsuccessful night travel of Indian citizens

The soldiers of the BU “Rava-Ruska” detained four foreigners, when realizing the received operational information about the appearance of the unknown persons on the outskirts of the village, who were moving towards the state border. According to the offenders, they were citizens of India. Subsequently, the men reported that they intended to get to the EU countries beyond the checkpoint.

In order to clarify all circumstances of the offense and bring them to administrative responsibility under Part 2 Article 204-1 of the AICU “Illegal cross or attempt to cross illegally the state border of Ukraine”, illegal migrants were taken to the border unit.

15 illegal migrants were apprehended on the approaches to the border, in Lviv and Odessa airports

The officers of the BU “Dilove” detained two citizens of Bangladesh and their smuggler, who were hurrying up by car to get to the border on Romania. And in Lviv region the border guards of the BU “Rava-Ruska” detained a Moroccan at the time of his attempt to cross illegally the state border of Ukraine. Consequently, the foreigner admitted that he intended to get to the EU countries outside the checkpoint.

Another “seeker of a better life” was discovered by the border guards at the time of new arrivals check in from Istanbul to Lviv airport. The citizen of Namibia, going to get to our country by completely forged certificate for permanent residence in Ukraine.

In all cases, the detainees will be held accountable for their actions under the law.

In addition, eleven “market workers” from China, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, Senegal and Afghanistan were caught by the interdepartmental group consisting of the staff of State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, Security Service of Ukraine, State Migration Service and National Police within the territory of one of the Odessa markets. The violators of Ukrainian legislation will be forcibly expelled to their countries of origin.

Two Tajiks were detained in Lviv region

The residents of the village of Shehyni informed the Lviv border guards about the appearance of unknown persons in the border area. The Response Group started immediately to look for the “tourists” 300 meters before the Ukrainian-Polish border. They were the citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan, YOB 1984 and 1985. They had passport documents.

The border guards found out that the detainees arrived to Ukraine on the eve by legal way, but they were unable to explain plausibly what they were doing at the Polish border. Subsequently, the men admitted that they had intended to bypass the checkpoint and illegally cross the border.

The decision in the case on attempt to cross illegally the state border of Ukraine (committed by a group of persons) will be taken by the court.

Border guards found fake document and someone else’s passport in two foreigners

Turkish citizen with a fake ID-card was stopped by the border guards of the Separate checkpoint “Boryspil”. During the border control he has provided the passport of the citizen of Turkey and the ID card of a citizen of France, which was full with signs of forgery. Further on, the law enforcement authorities found out that the foreigner intended to depart in some days from Ukraine to Budapest using in advance the bought ticket.

The foreigner was refused in crossing the state border and returned on the back flight. Also, a Turkish citizen is prohibited to enter Ukraine for a period of 3 years.

And at the checkpoint “Kharkiv-passenger” the border guards of the Kharkiv Detachment found a foreign document with the constituent data of another person belonging to the citizen of Azerbaijan. The foreigner in such a way planned to get to Russia by train “Kharkov-Moscow”.

A notification was sent to the National Police for inclusion the signs of a criminal offense detection into the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations under the Article 357 of the Crime Code of Ukraine (Theft, misappropriation, extortion of documents, stamps, seals, taking them by fraud or abuse of official position or their damage). The person is handed over to the staff of the National Police in Kharkiv region.

Three Iranians planned to get to Finland by forged documents

The foreigners, citizens of Iran, arrived by the flight from Teheran to Kyiv. They reported that they had purchased fake documents for a lot of money in order to get to Finland.

Detected offenders were taken off from the flight and would be returned to the country from which they arrived.

Two groups of illegal migrants were detained in Western Ukraine

Information about possible attempt to violate the border on Slovakia was provided by the Operational Units of the Western Regional Department of the State Border Guard Service. Soon, the detail of the BU “Velykyi Bereznyi” identified the persons of Asian appearance, who were traveling towards the border. The offenders were detained 300 m before the state border nearby the village of Zabrid, Velykyi Bereznyi district. To stop illegal migrants, the officers had to get a warning shot on. The detainees, including four citizens of Afghanistan and one from Vietnam, were in the border area without any documents.

Another group of illegal migrants – two men and a woman without documents, were detained by the border guards of the BU “Syanki” guarding the part of the mountain area of the Ukrainian-Polish border. The foreigners were disclosed on the outskirts of one of the settlements. Consequently, it turned out that they were brought to the border by unidentified persons who, as if, should further facilitate their illegal travel to Western Europe.

All foreigners were detained in administrative order, the decision on the case concerning the attempt of illegal cross of the state border of Ukraine (committed by a group of persons) will be taken by the court. Currently, the measures on establishment of persons involved in the organization of transportation of illegal immigrants through border is under procedure.
