Border guards of Operative Subdivision of Odessa Detachment together with the staff of State Fiscal Service of Ukraine detained a group of illegal migrants being employed in sewing infringing clothes for further realization at the markets of Odessa markets.
In a result of conducted operation in the secret workshop, the operatives detained 18 persons. All of them were from Vietnam of different age illegally residing on the territory of Ukraine. So far, the investigation goes on.

Border guards of Separate Checkpoint “Kyiv” detained a citizen of Syria, who tried to cross the border with false documents of the citizen of Lebanon.
At the airport “Borispol” during the passport control of the passengers departing to Paris, the border guards found one person who has provided Lebanon passport with the clear signs of constituent data pages replacement. During the subsequent inspection it was established that, in fact, the violator is a citizen of Syria who arrived from Istanbul and further planned to get to Paris. The mentioned citizen was taken from the flight and sent by a return flight to Istanbul.

SSU detained the organizers of illegal migration channels and a group of twenty-two illegal immigrants being prepared for the trip through the Transcarpathian region to EU countries.
In Odessa region, Ukraine’s Security Service together with the border guards stopped the activities of transnational criminal grouping that organized the channel of illegal migration to the EU through the territory of Ukraine.
It was established that the mentioned group leader – 48-year-old Russian citizen, a native of Afghanistan, has involved the Afghans to the criminal activities residing in Odessa, Sumy, Transcarpathian regions and Kiev.
The malefactors arranged the travel of people from the Middle East through the state border of Ukraine beyond the check points from Russian Federation on the territory of Sumy region.
the illegal migrants were brought to Odessa, hided in the rented apartments.
After the groups formation of illegal immigrants they were transported to Transcarpathia for further illegal movement across the border into the EU.
On July 20, SSU detained the organizers of illegal migration channels and a group of twenty-two illegal immigrants prepared for transportation.
A criminal proceeding is commenced according to the Part 3 of Art. 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The organizers are declared to be suspected in the crime.
The investigative actions continue in order to establish all persons involved in the organization of illegal migration channels to bring them to justice.

Ukraine and Romania intend to join efforts in order to train the border guards of the sea borders of the countries.
In particular, it is expected that the project of the International Organization for Migration funded by the US State Department, will perform a training course for the captains of the sea security at the State Border Guard Service on the base of Training Centre of the Romanian Border Police Coast Guard in Constanta. Besides, a joint training is planned regarding the staff observation groups of the border agencies of Ukraine and Romania as well as experience exchange on staff training methods between Izmail Education-Training Detachment and Coast Guard Training Centre of the Border Police of Romania.
A joint plan for these measures implementation was agreed during the work of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine delegation at the Coast Guard Training Center of the Border Police of Romania.
The signing of this document is scheduled in September this year, after which the parties will pass to the practical implementation of the common training measures and experience exchange.

The subdivisions of the Southern Regional Office of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine and the special division of the Main Department on fight against corruption and organized crime of the Security Service Department of Ukraine in Odessa area exposed cross-border criminal grouping, whose members organized the illegal transportation of persons across the state border of Ukraine. They were engaged in smuggling migrants, immigrants from Central Asia and Arab countries getting from each “traveler” $10-15 thousand.
As a result of the operation in Odessa three organizers of the channel were detained. One of them – a citizen of Russian Federation of Afghan origin, he organized the migrants’ smuggling from Russian Federation to Ukraine, two more Afghan citizens living in Ukraine, were engaged in transit transportation of the migrants through Ukraine to the EU.
During searches in the rented apartments in Odessa law enforcement officers found in total 20 illegal migrants from Afghanistan, of them – 10 children. Organizers prepared them for the following trip trough the state border of Ukraine to Europe.
The investigations go on, the organizers are threatened with the imprisonment from 5 to 8 years.

State Border Service of Ukraine on order execution performed by the President of Ukraine continues to apply the complex of measures aiming at counteraction to illegal migration at the state border. Thus, nowadays special operations are conducted with involvement of the Force Departments not only of our country and by the neighboring ones as well. One of them is “Border-22015”, the principle target of which is to fight against illegal migration.
Besides, the border guards detained 10 persons without documents in the area of BS “Kosyno” of Mukachevo Detachment by means of the thermal imager. There were 9 men and a woman among them. According to the words of the detainees – 8 of them were from Syria and two more from Iraq.
So far, the illegal migrants are delivered to the Border Subdivision. Their further destiny will be defined by the court.

Border guards of Separate check point “Kyiv” detained a citizen of Georgia intending to cross the state border by forged Polish passport.
Thus, at about 9 a.m. a man presented his passport for traveling abroad of the citizens of Poland in the course of passengers registration for the flight “Kyiv – Tbilisi” in the hall “Departure” in the airport Zhylyany. As it was established later on the man was 23-year-old citizen of Georgia. He reported that the forged document was purchased in Georgia with aim to enter the countries of European Union without any obstacles. However, he decided to use it this time in order to avoid the administrative responsibility for the violation of stay terms in Ukraine without registration.
An administrative protocol was drawn up regarding the persons and materials are passed to the court for making legal decision.
Besides, two more stateless persons were detected who arrived to Boryspil from Kosice and presented the forged Romanian passports to the border guards. Soon, the persons will be returned by a flyback.

The camp for refugees in the village of Vyshni Lgoty in Ostraskov region will be open in October of the current year. It was reported by the Press-Service of Ministry of Interior of Czech Republic. The camp is rated for 220 persons.
These are refugees from Africa and Near East, which will be accepted by the Czech Republic in the frames of the agreements with EU, as well as people from other countries, including Russia and Ukraine appealing to Czech authorities to grant them an asylum.
The inhabitants of Vyshni Lgoty are not very glad of the news about new camp opening. Thus, the administration of MOI assures them that unprecedented security measures will be taken and that the refugees will not disturb the “peaceful life of the village”. Furthermore, some village residents being unemployed at the moment can get a job in this camp.

Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs rejected the citizens of Ukraine of Polish origin to grant asylum due to the war actions in Donbass …
It was reported by the chairman of the Freedom and Democracy Fund Mikhail Dvorchyk.
According to his words 50 ethnic Poles from Mariupol receive a negative reply from Polish government. MFA of Poland pointed out that evacuation the Poles from Donbass was a single action – it concerned the removal of people from the zone of war actions.
Altogether, the Foreign Service of Poland has explained that Mariupol is not in the zone of direct war actions.
“The Poles from Mariupol being nearby the line of fight had actively applied to come to Poland. Alternatively, all depends on developing situation in Ukraine. In case of the war actions will strengthen and spread along the bigger territories before we have to consider that the on-duty groups of Ukrainian Poles will attempt to escape from that region and find asylum in Poland” – Dvorcik said.

Due to the intensified situation in Ukraine there is a possible flow of the refugees from the territory of Ukraine as well. It was reported by the Czech President Milosh Zeman, thus calling the Ukrainians as close people by make-up who are ready to work. “I think the day comes when our border will be guarded by the army again”, – the President shared by his point of view.
According to the forecasts in the course of the next year 5-7 million illegal migrants will enter the country, and in this year – about 3500, it was announced by the Minister of Interior Mykhail Khovanets.
It will be recalled that last week the government decided to accept a hundred and a half illegal migrants from the southern countries by its own choice by 2017. The Cabinet of Ministers has already allotted for the MFA additional 230 million koruna for these needs for the year 2015.
Nowadays, the government of CR has adopted a series of vital laws and drafts. Among them there is a new intra-political policy of the country as well as a document devoted to the nuclear power engineering. A new concept considers five moments: country’s security, economic prosperity of Czech Republic, values recognized by the country and rendering consular services to the citizens of Czech Republic abroad, and care of good country image in the international arena, – the Minister of Foreign Affairs Lubomyr Zaoralek reported.
