Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs rejected the citizens of Ukraine of Polish origin to grant asylum due to the war actions in Donbass …

It was reported by the chairman of the Freedom and Democracy Fund Mikhail Dvorchyk.

According to his words 50 ethnic Poles from Mariupol receive a negative reply from Polish government. MFA of Poland pointed out that evacuation the Poles from Donbass was a single action – it concerned the removal of people from the zone of war actions.

Altogether, the Foreign Service of Poland has explained that Mariupol is not in the zone of direct war actions.

“The Poles from Mariupol being nearby the line of fight had actively applied to come to Poland. Alternatively, all depends on developing situation in Ukraine. In case of the war actions will strengthen and spread along the bigger territories before we have to consider that the on-duty groups of Ukrainian Poles will attempt to escape from that region and find asylum in Poland” – Dvorcik said.

Due to the intensified situation in Ukraine there is a possible flow of the refugees from the territory of Ukraine as well. It was reported by the Czech President Milosh Zeman, thus calling the Ukrainians as close people by make-up who are ready to work. “I think the day comes when our border will be guarded by the army again”, – the President shared by his point of view.

According to the forecasts in the course of the next year 5-7 million illegal migrants will enter the country, and in this year – about 3500, it was announced by the Minister of Interior Mykhail Khovanets.

It will be recalled that last week the government decided to accept a hundred and a half illegal migrants from the southern countries by its own choice by 2017. The Cabinet of Ministers has already allotted for the MFA additional 230 million koruna for these needs for the year 2015.

Nowadays, the government of CR has adopted a series of vital laws and drafts. Among them there is a new intra-political policy of the country as well as a document devoted to the nuclear power engineering. A new concept considers five moments: country’s security, economic prosperity of Czech Republic, values recognized by the country and rendering consular services to the citizens of Czech Republic abroad, and care of good country image in the international arena, – the Minister of Foreign Affairs Lubomyr Zaoralek reported.

The border guards of Mukachevo Detachment detained 6 illegal migrants in the area of responsibility of BS “Vilok”.

The border detail detected a group of persons 700 m before the border on Hungary. After the main and repeated request of the border detail to stop the movement, the unknown persons speeded up their motion towards the neighbouring country and attempted to escape. Aiming to detain the violators, a warning shoot was performed after which the persons stopped. There were 6 persons without documents, of them 4 women and two children being the citizens of Uzbekistan.

It shall be recalled that the staff of State Border Guard Service in close cooperation with the bodies of Border Departments of the countries of European Union conduct an action in the frames of joint operation “Border-2015”.

The operation aims at detection of the smuggling channels of illegal migrants, possible routes of their travelling, detection and compromise of the existing channels of unlawful activity along the entire territory of Ukraine.

In total, 300 illegal migrants have been detected and detained since the beginning of the operation with the interacting bodies.

The staff of BS “Goronglab” of Mukachevo Detachment in Transcarpathia apprehended 3 illegal migrants for the attempt to cross the state border of Ukraine in illegal way.

The border guards received information from the local resident of the populated area Batrad about the movement of 3 unfamiliar persons looked as illegal migrants by their appearance.

According to the results of this information three unknown persons were detected and detained. Later on, the persons were identified, they were – 2 citizens of Syria and 1 citizen of Egypt. It was established after detention that the Egyptian needed medical aid. Border guards called for emergency from Berehovo Municipal Hospital.

Now, the additional border detail checks the surrounding locality and takes active measures as to detection of possibly involved persons to this infringement.

The border guards of Mukachevo Detachment express their gratitude to local residents of the border area for manifested watchfulness, and call the local population to interact with the border guards in future on issues of Ukrainian state border security.

Public Prosecutor’s Office has reacted upon the violation of the foreigners’ rights by the officers of State Border Service in the course of the administrative apprehension…

The Sectoral Departments of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine in Transcarpathian region reacted upon the legislation breach by the individuals of Border detachments while apprehending the foreigners. Thus, in the course of legality verification of detention and holding the citizens in the THF (Temporary Holding Facilities) of Chop Detachment by the Transcarpathian Public Prosecutor’s Office it was established that in June 25, 2015 7 citizens of Georgia and 4 citizens of Somalia were kept with violation of the 3-day term of detention. They were detained for attempt to cross the state border on Slovakia in illegal way. By instruction of the Public Prosecutor’s Office the illegally kept individuals were released. The director of Border detail was brought to disciplinary responsibility for committed infringements.

Besides, in the end of June of the current year, the Public Prosecutor’s Office in Transcarpathia region established the fact that executive officers of Mukachevo Border Detachment effected the forgery of the official documents (Protocol on administrative detention) which resulted in unlawful holding of 6 foreign citizens in THF, including 3 minors.

The Public Prosecutor’s Office of Mukachevo has enrolled information to the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations.

One of the biggest groups of illegal migrants was apprehended in Transcarpathia by the border guards of BS «Vilok» of Mukachevo Detachment. The border detail disclosed a number of persons 150 m before the state border on Hungary. There were 15 persons, 4 women and 3 children, one of which was an infant. In total there were 22 persons. The detainees reported that they were the citizens of Afghanistan, however, they had no any documents to prove it. So far, additional border details check the surrounding territory and conduct the active measures on detection of possibly involved persons in this violation.

It will be recalled that the staff of State Border Guard Service in close cooperation with MOI, SSU, SMS, Border Departments of the countries of European Union take up the actions in the frames of the join operation «Border-2015». The operation is directed upon exposure of illegal migrants transportation channels, possible routes of their movement, exposure and comprementation of the existing channels of unlawful activity withing the entire territory of Ukraine.

Border guards of Separate Check Point «Kyiv» did not pass the citizen of Afghanistan and her children with forged documents to Ukraine in the airport «Zhulyany». During the passport control the passengers arrived from Dubai, the border guards doubted in the validity of the passport documents of Great Britain presented by the woman with two children of 10 and 12 years old. In the result of the check it was established that the pages with information about the passport  owner were changed to forged ones. Later on, the woman showed her real documents. She was 32-years-old citizen of Afghanistan. Also, she reported that the final goal of her trip was Katovice, Poland. For this purpose, the false passport in Kabul was bought for the woman and her children by her relatives as well as the tickets.

Soon, the citizen of Afghanistan together with the children will be returned by a flyback.

Border guards of Separate check point “Kyiv” exposed a man with forged Hungarian passport for travelling abroad in the airport Boryspil. The man arrived by the flight from Hurgada, Egypt presenting the passport for travelling abroad of the Hungarian citizen. When checking the document, the sign of the bearer’s photo re-gluing was found. Due to the border guards’ opportunity to read out the data from the biometric mediums in the passport documents – suspicions were confirmed. The image of passport’s owner was written on the RFID-chip were completely different from the photo in the passport.

The piquancy of the situation was also that the pseudo-Hungarian arrived with his girlfriend and mother, who were sincerely surprised learning about their traveller’s forgery, So far, the measures are undertaken on person’s identification and his return to the country of origin.

Since June 15, 2015 the staff of State Border Guard Service has apprehended 13 illegal migrants only in Transcarapathia in the frames of the operation «Border-2015».

The border guards of Mukachevo Detachment detained 11 citizens of Afghanistan. Six of them were apprehended by the border guards of «Luzhanka» some hundred meters before the state border on Hungary. Five more violators were stopped at the approaches to Ukrainian-Hungarian border by the Border detail of BS «Vilok». The man and a woman with three children were detected by means of the thermal imager. Besides, the border guards of BS «Uzhgorod» of Chop Detachment stopped two migrants from Caucasus. Two citizens of Georgia avoided the check point and were travelling to the neigbouring country assisted by the service Google maps.

The violators were delivered to border sub-departments in order to establish their personalities and draw up administrative-procedural documents. Their further destiny will be decided by the court.

In total, since the beginning of the operation the staff of State Border Guard Service together with the interacting bodies exposed almost 150 illegal migrants, 10 of them are children.

Border guards of Lutsk Detachment exposed the citizen of Ghana in the check point “Yagodyn” during the check of the train “Kyiv-Warsaw”, who intended to departure to the countries of European Union in illegal way.

According to her words, she arrived to Ukraine in order to enter the higher educational establishment in the city of Ternopil. However, because of financial lack and impossibility to stay in Ukraine she applied for assistance to her sister residing in Belgium. Namely she sent someone’s passport document of the citizen of France. Detained person was delivered to Border Subdivision to prepare procedural documents.
