Border guards of separate check point “Kyiv” in the airport “Boryspil” detected a family from Syria with forged documents.

While checking in the passengers of the flight “Istanbul-Kyiv” 70-year-old citizens of Syria, his wife (63 y.o.) and their son (26 y.o.) were apprehended presenting false passport documents of the citizens of Turkey. The family intended to get to Sweden. With this purpose the false Schengen visas were glued into the forged. During the interview the man reported that Ukraine should be as their transit country on the way to Scandinavia. They bought a pack of forged documents in Istanbul paying for it $15 000: Turkish passports with Schengen visas and forged Ukrainian visas glued to their real Syrian documents. So far, the family violating the Ukrainian legislation is return by back flight.

Some trespassers were detected by the border of Separate check point “Kyiv” in the airport “Boryspil”. During the registration of the passengers arrived from Erevan, border guards doubted in confirmation of the stay goal of 31 and 33-year-old citizens of Armenia. In the course of the interview, the “travelers” could not tell the goal of their trip and residence address in Ukraine. Instead, they proposed the official of the Border Service a bribe in the amount of $160 in order to solve their problem on entering Ukraine. Bribe attempt was fixed; the foreigners will be soon deported from Ukraine.

Besides, the citizen of Lebanon proposed 800 UH in the same check point for not drawing up the administrative protocol concerning his violation of the stay terms on the territory of Ukraine. The person was called to administrative responsibility and expelled from the territory of Ukraine.

In the international check point, border guards of Lutsk Detachment detected the citizen of Norway in the train “Warsaw-Kyiv” who intended to cross the state border of Ukraine in illegal way. The foreigner showed a document for passport control which was invalid, and the border guards exposed it to be belonged to another person. The Norwegian explained that he mixed up the passports and gave the passport of his friend, who forgot it after the join vacation in Europe. Confirmation of these words and clarification of all circumstances are checked by the border guards, the citizen of Norway expects for the court decision considering his attempt to cross the stat border of Ukraine.

In Bukovyn, the border guards of Chernivtsiw Detachment “Mamalyga” apprehended the citizen of Turkmenistan. The man, except the employment permit on the territory of Moldova, had no any documents. The violator was fined for the sum of 1 700 UAH and was passed to the Migration Service.

Two more violators were detained at the “green” corridor by the border guards of BS “Shegeni” of Mostytskyi Detachment in Lviv region. Both appeared to be nearby the border on Poland. As it was established soon, one of the detainees, 41-year-old citizen of Lithuania was on the international wanted list. The other one – citizen of Pakistan intended to get to EU aiming at further employment.

Border guards of Separate check point “Kyiv” in the airport “Boryspil” exposed Ukrainian forged residence certificate in the citizen of Ireland. During the check in of the passengers of the flight “Kyiv-Frankfurt” border guards established that the certificate for permanent residence in Ukraine contained some signs of forgery. During interview the woman confessed that she had bought this document via the Internet for 4 500 UAH. The violator was passed to the MOI officers.

The border guards of Kherson Detachment in the check point “Kherson-air” found out that the some pages for signs were torn out from the passport of the citizen of Cameroon. The man intended to get to the capital of Turkey with this passport.

One more violator without documents was apprehended 10 m before the state border by the border guards of Sumy Detachment “Shalygine”. The man reported that he arrived from Tadzhikistan. His documents identifying his personality were as if lost.

Five trespassers intended to get to Hungary in the area of Mukachevo Border Detachment.

The border guards of BS “Kosyno” noticed the unfamiliar persons moving beyond the check point with the help of the thermal imager. The reaction group started to the place immediately. The strangers seeing the border guards, improbably of success, increased their movement and in some minutes they were surrounded by the law enforcement agents.

There were two adults and three children of 2, 4 and 6 years old. The travelers having no any documents reported that they were the citizens of Iraq.

Besides, the border guards of BS “Svalovka” of Chop Detachment detected three men in the Hungarian border line. On border guards’ request they could not present any document identifying their personalities and introduced themselves as the citizens of Georgia. The detainees told that aiming at better life conditions they planned to migrate to EU.

State Border Guard Service of Ukraine performs an active fight against the organizers of illegal migrants’ transportation through the state border of Ukraine. The next attempts of such activity were exposed and prevented in the area of BS “Ochakiv”, Kherson Detachment.

Thus, border guards learned that some small cutters registered in Ukraine are used by the malefactors to transport illegal migrants to the countries of European Union. In the course of the received information verification, border guards expected 11 yachts, which on April 11 arrived for registration to start to open sea.

During investigation, the owner of cutter No.УНА-6482 (flag of Ukraine) could not substantiate the purchase of great amount of drinking water  –  about 800 liters. Besides, while expecting, the border guards paid attention to the gum boat, which in its turn could be used for delivery of illegal migrants from the shore to the cutter. Further, it was established that vessel’s exit aims at voyage to Turkey, in fact the crew received a task from the organizers to take the illegal migrants from the territorial sea of Turkey to the Italian shores.

In order to prevent unlawful activity connected with the transportation of illegal migrants, border guards informed the law enforcement agents of the foreign countries of the Mediterranean Sea Basin. In a result of joint work and due to duly information exchange, on April 26 of the current year, under suspicion in the transportation of illegal migrants the Finance Police of Italian Republic detained three citizens of Ukraine, who intended to deliver 26 illegal migrants too the countries of European Union in the voyage cutter. All three citizens were imprisoned.

Other owner of the cutter  No. УМБ–7348–К (flag of Ukraine) also could not explain the fact of great amount of drinking water purchase (more than 200 l). Other circumstances also pointed out for the preparation of unlawful activity. The further results of joints actions of Law Enforcement Agencies of some countries displayed into the  detention of three citizens of Ukraine – members of the crew of above mentioned yacht on April 20 by the Sub-Department of the port Mirinas (Greek Republic), who intended to take 37 illegal migrants from Afghanistan, Syria and Somalia.

It will be marked that in the course of the year 2015, border guards detected almost 300 illegal migrants intending to cross the state border of Ukraine in illegal way and get to the Countries of European Union.

Border guards of BS “Guta” have done an excellent job. They detected and apprehended four men in the mountains moving towards the border. On border guards’ request to show the passports, the detainees could not present any. However, according to the words of the violators, they were the citizens of Pakistan and aimed to get to Slovakia in illegal way.

With the view of personality identification and preparation of the administrative and procedural documents, the trespassers were delivered to the subdivision. The further destiny of the men will be defined by the court.

Border guards of Chop Detachment realized the next detention of the illegal migrants intending to get to Hungary in illegal way. The information about the appearance of three Asian men in the border area was received in advance. Organizing the tracing for the unfamiliar persons, they were allowed to approach to the border.

Detention was performed in the deserted house in the suburb of Chop town as the “travelers” advanced very carefully and attempted to hide in it. The men reported about their country of origin to be Sri Lanka, however, they could not prove it by no any documents.

Three more “happiness seekers” were apprehended by the border guards of Mukachevo Detachment. Border guards of BS “Luzhanka” prevented the plans of two migrants from Syria and one from Algeria, who also intended to get illegally to Hungary.

Three illegal migrants were apprehended by the border guards of BS “Luzhanka” of Mukachevo Detachment. The reactions group started to the place of detention at once. The men detained in the suburb of the village Didove, Berehovo district, Transcarpathian region, had no any documents, however, according to their words – two of them were from Syria and one from Algeria. One more violator, citizen of Russia, was apprehended by the border guards of BS “Kuchurgan”, Belgorod-Dniprovskyi Detachment in Odessa. The Russian intended to cross the border beyond the check point. So far, a decision is made to ban his entrance to Ukraine for the term of 3 years.

Border guards of Chop Detachment detained three migrants from African continent. The citizens of Eritrea, Sudan and Cameroon, without any documents, intended to migrate to Hungary. However, due to the watchfulness of the local residents they failed to realize their plans. The border guards of BS “Salovka” planned to detain the “tourists”, who were preparing to cross the border in illegal way to the neighboring country.

One more ”happiness seeker” was apprehended by the border guards of “Palad-Komarivtsi” at the border on Slovakia. According to the words of the trespasser, he was the citizen of Turkey, however, without any documents. His further destiny will be defined by the court.

Yet, three citizens of Syria with forged documents of the Israelis were detained by the border guards of Kharkiv Detachment in the check point “Dnipropetrovsk-air”. They planned to get to Vienna from Ukrainian airport.
