Policemen of Border Guard Control of Slovakian Police Office fixed a flight of small plane from Transcarpathia to Slovakia in Petrovcy.

As it was reported by the press-secretary of Police Office Denisa Balogova, on Thursday in the evening the Police officers noticed aircraft moving in a forbidden air space, flying low in unusual time.  Information about suspicious plane was sent to Operative Service with notification of all police patrols in this area.

Based on the call for number 158 it was established that the plane landed in Gatalove in the area of Mikhailovtse. When police patrols arrived the aircraft had already flew away, but there were 10 persons left after landing.

Policemen delivered foreigners to Border Control Police Department to learn all details of their trip to Slovakia. In the course of the interview they reported to be the citizens of India.

The further actions would result in readmission i.e their return to the territory of Ukraine. Investigation officer was send for to arrive to the place, where the case on smuggling and illegal migration of the state border to be examined.

Slovakian policemen informed State Border Guard Service of Ukraine about this fact immediately and a joint meeting was conducted, where it was negotiated about the further steps in investigation of this case.

Also, the Air Forces of Slovakian Republic were informed on this point.

In Chop Border Detachment it is supposed that the aircraft could fly up and land on the territory of Transcarpathia. However, there are no any doubts than it travelled through our region to EU and back.

As it was reported by the press-secretary of Chop Detachment, no information is still available about the aircraft, its type, places of its destination.

When the aircraft flew over the border, the Ukrainian border guards fixed the engine noise and informed Slovakian colleagues.  And arriving to the place of landing, the plane hit the skies, that it why they could not recognize it.

Border guards assume that the plane could have enough patrol and arrive, for example, from the neighbouring side. Thus, the actual search of it is practically impossible.

The foreigner offered a bribe in the amount of $100 to the border guards of Sumy Detachment.

Thus, the citizen of Uzbekistan arrive to the check point “Bachivsk” to enter Ukraine. Performing control measures, the border guards revealed 10 forged signs about Ukrainian state border cross in the passport document of the man.

Upon clarifying the origin of these falsification, the foreigner offered the bribe in the amount of $100 receiving flat refusal,  instead of solving the problems on border cross.

So far, the border guards handed the violator to the policemen for further establishment of his actions on criminal offence, stipulated by the Article. 358 (falsification of documents, seals, stamps and forms, sale or use of forged documents) and Article 369 (offer, promise or provision a service person with an unlawful benefit) of Crime Code of Ukraine.

It will be nted tha State Border Guard Service of Ukraine continues actively to focus its work to prevent corruption among the department’s staff, including the current promotion “Stop Corruption. Put words into deeds!”  In general. since the beginning of the year there are 670 cases registered by the border guards concerning the offer of unlawful benefit.

In the frames of join preventive operation “Migrant” the staff of State Border Guard Service, National Police and representatives of State Migration Service revealed 4 foreigners, who violated the stay rule in Ukraine.

In a result of joint action, there were 2 citizens of Azerbaijan revealed in the town of Zhytomyr as to which protocols were prepared in accordance with the Article 203 of Administrative Infringement Code (Violation of stay rules in Ukraine by the foreigners and transit pass through the territory of Ukraine), and their cases were forwarded to the court.

In  Vinnytsya under the same violation 2 citizens of Angola were detained. The staff of SMS of Ukraine draw up protocols as to the Article 203 of Administrative Infringement Code and decision was made on their compulsory return from the territory of Ukraine.

Besides, the border guards of Odessa Detachment in the check point “Odessa-air” did not pass to Ukraine 13 citizens of India. The foreigners arrived by the flight “Dubai – Odessa”, however during the border control they could not confirm the goal of their trip to the country. Currently, the foreigners, as potential migrants, will be returned by a back flight.

It is worth mentioning that in the course of six month 2017 the staff of SBGS did not pass almost 2000 potential illegal migrants to Ukraine.

The staff of SBGS documented the fact of bribe offering in the amount of 50 euro by the citizen of Israel.

The foreigner offered the bribe to the border guard of Lviv Detachment in the check point “Ustylug” for unobstructed and simplified admission to Ukraine.

Notification on this case is forwarded as to revealing the signs of the criminal offence as to the Particle 369 of the Crime Code of Ukraine.

It is worth mentioning that since the beginning of the year the staff of SBGS 655 times rejected to accept the bribe, for which they were encouraged by the Border department.

Border guards of Chernivtsi Detachment revealed two foreigners close to the Ukrainian-Romanian border.

They were delivered in the frames of special operation “Border 2017” by the border guards of BD “Cherepivka”. The men attemting to get to Romania had no any documents and introduced themselves as the citizens of Morocco and Algeria.

Currently, these persons are delivered to the Border department to clarify the circumstances of the infringement and drawing up administrative documents. Verification measure go on.

The subdivision of Sate Border Guard Service of Ukraine together with other law enforcers continue perform complex actions on counteraction to smuggling persons through the state border of Ukraine.

Thus, the staff of Operative-Investigation Subdepartment of Southern Regional Administration together with the staff of Security Service of Ukraine in Volyn region detained a group of illegal migrants from India.

Realizing operative information the border guards apprehended 3 foreigners having no any documents in Ratnivskyi district.

In the course of filtration-verification actions it was established that the citizens of India recently arrived to Ukraine via the check point of aviation communication. Further in, the foreigners (aged 23 and 27) arrived to border area by passing transport aiming to get to the countries of European Union.

Currently, the detainees are delivered to Border Department. The special measures are undertaken.

The staff of State Border Guard service detained 1059 illegal migrants during six month of the year 2017. Of them 314 persons were detained for illegal border cross, the rest – for violated stay rules of Ukraine by the foreigners and so on.

It is worth mentioning that the greatest number – 717 illegal migrants were detained at the border on Moldova. At the EU borders there were 272 illegal migrants detained, the most often they were caught at the border on Slovakia, Poland, Hungary and Romania.

In accordance with the statistics, there were citizens of Moldova, Russia, Georgia, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Vietnam, India and Armenia among the illegal migrants.

Besides, almost 2 thousand potential migrants were not admitted to Ukraine.

During operative-investigation actions, in the frames of preventive operation “Migrant” the operative agents of SBGS established the actual place of temporary residence of foreign citizens in Sumy (potential illegal migrants). Authorities were informed on this point immediately.

The, in the course of information realization the joint interagency group composed of National Police and ASMS in Sumy region found 5 citizens of Moldova in a private house. Two foreigners, 1998 and 1999 YOB, had no any documents, and two more, 1991 and 1993 YOB, exceed their stay term in Ukraine. Currently, two violators were called to administrative responsibility, actions on undocumented persons identification continue.

Also, in the course of further actions the law enforcers established the owner of the house, where Moldavians stayed. Protocol as to Article 206 of Administrative Infringement Code was drawn as to Ukrainian citizen “Violation of the order on providing the foreigners and stateless persons with dwelling, transport and assistance in other services.”  The sanction of the Article stipulates for responsibility in the form of the fine in the amount of 5100 to 8500 UAH.

In the course of actual information verification the law enforcers apprehended six citizens of India and one Ukrainian close to the river Tysa at the border on Romania. The Ukrainian probably assisted the foreigners to cross the border. Ukrainian-Romanian border was selected to be the place for making offence. Aiming to perform filtration measures and drawing up administrative documents, the country fellow and foreigners were delivered to border subdepartment. Currently, the court will make a legal evaluation of travelers’ actions.

In the frames of operation “Border-2017” the border guards of Mukachevo Detachment detained four foreigners intending to get illegally to Hungary. Border guards of BD “Kosyno” in the course of operative information verification at night detained 43-year-old citizen of Iraq and two 24-year-old citizen of Palestine. The foreigners intended to improve their life conditions in one of the countries of European Union.

One more illegal migrant from Azerbaijan was apprehended by the border detail of BD “Bodalovo” in the morning. Local resident informed about appearance of unfamiliar person in the border area. 28-year-old foreigner was detained 400 meters before the border. Protocols were drawn up as to all detainees for attempt to cross the state border; the cases will be forwarded to the court.
